By now I’m certain that you have one way or another heard about the curse of movies based on video games. You know, the one where movies that are based on video games have bombed… More
We’ve been a week removed from Marvel’s latest Summer Event, Secret Empire. While the event drew both raves and criticisms for making a beloved hero, Captain America/Steve Rogers, into the Supreme Leader of Hydra, one cannot deny the fact that the event was a just a joy to read, ultimately making it one of the more memorable events in Marvel Comics since Civil War.
Black Panther as a whole was by far one of the best Marvel movie. Box office numbers is proof that this movie is a certified hit, critics have also given the movie a beaming and solid approval in ratings.
To be honest, the movie is a solid, fun, entertaining, and really a beautifully crafted movie that highlights culture, family, and political beliefs. In short, it hit all the right notes, except for one small detail.
Black Panther just hit theaters this past week and as with every Marvel movie there is, it sported a couple of end credits scenes in there hinting at what just might be in store for our heroes come Avengers: Infinity War, a few months down the road.

So, after 80+ hours of gameplay, I finally finished Assassin’s Creed: Origins (AC: Origins), and it was GREAT. Before any further discussion, I just want to make one thing straight, I am not your “textbook gamer,” I do love playing video games, I am willing to spend 20+ hours of my life everyday (if I have to) for a game that is worth my time. I can appreciate most game genres and is willing to try new ones, I can say I’m fairly good at it, in sum, I can say that I am just a casual player, a “plain Jane” playing a well-known video game franchise, so please, cut me some slack.
The first Assassin’s Creed game that I have ever played was Assassin’s Creed II (AC2), and I fell in love with the game immediately. When news of the release of AC: Origins came out, I was ecstatic, I cannot wait for the actual day of its release to come. Now that I finished the game let me share my feelings and experience about the game. Stern warning: SPOILERS AHEAD!
